If You Understand This, You Can Achieve Permanent Weight Loss

Do your weight control problems exasperate you?   There are 5 fundamental scientific laws that determine whether you gain weight or lose weight.  If you learn them and apply them, you will manage your weight successfully.
With this article, it is my intention to make you more aware of one of the lesser known scientific laws governing weight management.  It has to do with what happens in your body when you skip a meal or go for long periods between meals.
To grasp this essential information, you must first understand what happens in your body when you eat.

What You Need To Know About Fat Loss And Nutrition
Until you learn about blood sugar, and how to manage your own blood sugar, your fate will be everlasting weight problems.
I hope that you do not cut and run now, as a result of hearing what you may think is a complex term.  Please stay with me.  Blood sugar is a simple idea to grasp.
When you eat food, your body converts the food into something called glucose. Another term for glucose is blood sugar.Without blood sugar, your body would lack the energy it needs, to do the things you want it to do.
Your body also produces insulin, whenever it makes blood sugar from the food you have eaten. The insulin is produced because the cells of your body need it in order to absorb the blood sugar.  If the cells of your body do not absorb the blood sugar, they will lack the energy that it provides.
Your body produces an amount of insulin commensurate with the amount of glucose it has made.  The amount of glucose in your body is also called your blood sugar level.  A high blood sugar level, results in a large amount of insulin being produced.

Too Much Insulin In Your Body Prevents Fat Loss
Controlling the amount of Insulin that is released into your body, is the crux of a fat burning diet. It controls your weight gain or weight loss.
In the presence of an oversupply of insulin after eating, your body cells absorb the amount of blood sugar they need for energy.  The excess blood sugar will be stored as fat on your body. This results in flab.
Too much insulin in your bloodsteam will also thwart fat burning.
You will gain weight, if you do not manage the amount of insulin your body produces after each meal.

Missed Meals or Prolonged Periods between Meals
Not eating for 3 or more hours will cause your blood sugar level to drop below normal. Your blood sugar level will rise sharply when you next eat, in reaction to this. As a result, a large amount of insulin is produced and released into your bloodstream.
Your failure to adopt an eating routine in which you eat something every 3 hours, during the hours you are awake, will condemn you to weight problems for the rest of your life.
Eating every 3 hours, is one of the pillars of a good weight management routine.

Frequent Eating Is Just One Of The Pieces Of The Fat Loss Puzzle
If you adopt the routine of eating something every 3 hours, you will take a major step toward achieving permanent weight loss.
However this, by itself, will not produce weight loss.
